Watch models and serial parts for model making
As in jewelry production, we also use ceramic-filled materials for model making. Besides outstanding detail, these offer above all a perfect surface quality. Perfect for molding. For soft casting as well as for brass and polyurethane casting.
In addition, we offer other plastics for smaller series production components and individual manufactures.
Casting patterns for investment casting
For the direct investment casting (lost-wax casting) of jewelry models, an enormous selection of materials is now available. To guarantee you the highest process reliability at all times, we continuously test new developments on the market. Our modern 3D printing materials are characterized by a very high wax content, which enables excellent and residue-free casting in all common processes. This is the ideal solution for the production of individual, one-of-a-kind pieces or particularly complex, delicate designs. For smooth, professional implementation, we work closely and reliably with various renowned foundries.

Master models for jewelry production
In jewelry production, we replace elaborate, traditionally crafted master models for mold making with high-resolution 3D-printed models made of a ceramic-filled plastic. This process offers you enormous time and cost savings. Thanks to the outstanding surface quality, the printed models can be molded directly in silicone or rubber without any further post-processing.


Technical components made from proven materials
We manufacture a wide variety of technical components for demanding end-use applications. Our particular expertise lies in adapting proven, high-performance technical materials to our high-resolution 3D printing processes. This allows us to produce components with specific mechanical properties – including permanent UV resistance, extreme heat resistance, and high impact strength. We also precisely shape flexible components made of elastomers in a wide range of Shore hardnesses. The result is functional, ready-to-use end-use components with outstanding detail.

Serial parts for audiology & medical technology
In the sensitive fields of audiology and medical technology, safety, precision, and material quality are essential. In addition to technical materials, we also process biocompatible resins approved for direct skin contact. Our high-resolution 3D printing processes guarantee maximum detail and dimensional accuracy. Naturally, we also process transparent materials using 385nm UV light – for absolutely clear, brilliant results without yellowing. We support you flexibly and reliably, whether you need a single functional prototype or a validated small production run.
